Shakti specializes in transformational leadership training, championship team building, organizational development and personal training. Ms. Dudley’s commitment is to the individuals who build the teams that foster empowerment, full self-expression and their commitment to producing outstanding results.

Ms. Dudley has also consulted with government officials such as the Governor of Hawaii and his cabinet staff and the Mayor of New Orleans. Her consulting expertise has been sought after by professional sport teams, such as the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team and the Kansas City Chiefs Football Team, as well as individual athletes, coaches and Olympic gold medalists. Her credentials also include individualized work with internationally known actors and celebrities in the entertainment industries.

Underscoring Shakti’s work in organizational and professional arenas is her commitment to making a global difference. This is exemplified by her long affiliation with the humanitarian organization, The Hunger Project and her work with groups such as the Native American Indian Tribe Leaders.

Shakti completed her education at the University of Miami, majoring in special education and psychology. Prior to consulting, her professional background included five years as an executive in merchandising & sales where she effectively orchestrated communications with a nationwide sales force and was responsible for producing notable increases in market revenues.
